Diamond League 2010. Usain Bolt competing at the Stockholm Stadion. Very cool to see live.
But joining him with my camera when he was DJ:ing live at Hotel Anglais after the race, felt even beyond cool. How did it even happen? Unreal at first, but he was just having a swell time like everybody else that night. Kind, relaxed, happy.
I didn’t want to post this video back then. It felt too private and I didn’t want to look like I was star struck haha. Now with some distance to the whole thing, I feel its worth sharing.
What a superstar and character he was. And is. Serious, but with a happy smile.
Contagious and inspiring if you ask me.
